Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of test instrument of high school physics learning result. This research has been conducted at State University of Jakarta and SMA Pelita 3 from August 2018 until November 2018. Analysis of test result test instrument in the form of cognitive domain test instrument. The test instrument for the cognitive domain is an objective test. The test was analyzed in 2 ways, ie, analytical and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is done by experts to test the feasibility with 3 indicators namely construction of instrument, material and language. Expert validity test results are obtained for good instrument instrument indicator, good material suitability and good used language. Quantitative analysis is done by analyzing the validity, reliability, differentiation and difficulty of each item. The results of quantitative analysis with the number of questions about 40 items obtained as many as 20 valid and reliable problems with reliability coefficient of 0.77. For the level of difficulty obtained results among other: there are 6 easy category questions, as many as 27 problems of medium category and as many as 7 problem categories difficult. As for the different power obtained results as much as 9 questions into the category enough, as many as 12 problems including both categories and as many as 19 questions have different power ugly and can not be used.
