Abstract
This research aims to analyze the relationship between interpersonal interaction of physics teachers and laboratory environmental activities with the assessment of high school student performance. This research is a correlational research. Subjects in this study were 55 students of class X and one physics teacher in SMA PKP DKI Jakarta. The study was conducted at the State University of Jakarta in September-December 2017. The data were collected using SLEI ,QTI, and student performance appraisal scores. Statistical test results using Pearson Product Moment, Performance appraisal positively correlated with laboratory environmental activities of 0.475 (r = 0.475), sufficient correlation. Performance appraisal is positively correlated with teacher interpersonal interaction of 0.937 (r = 0.937), very strong correlation and teacher interpersonal interaction positively associated with laboratory activity activities of 0.437 (r = 0.437), correlation is sufficient. There is a relationship between variables X1 and X2 with Y. Based on multiple regression analysis test, relationship positive and strong with double correlation coefficient is 0.940 and the determinant coefficient R2 is 0.883. From these results it can be concluded that there is a positive and strong relationship between interpersonal interaction of physics teacher and laboratory environmental activities with performance appraisal.
