Abstract
Introduction. Learners are expected to learn the natural surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate technology with character value in the form of digital comic development based on character preservation of environment.
Aim of the study. This study aims to generate and know the validity of digital comic science learning environment based on character value values for thematic learning.
Method. The data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data in the form of suggestions, responses and inputs are outlined in the questionnaire of the validator. Quantitative data is a percentage value obtained from a validation questionnaire compiled with Likert Scale (multilevel scale).
Result. The result of digital comic learning test of digital preservation based on character value shows the average feasibility of 86.79% for material experts, 82, 77% for media experts, 87.24 for class teachers and 86.24% for students. While for student learning outcomes obtained an average value of 82.67 from the criteria mastery of at least 75.
Conclution. These results indicate that the digital comic learning media of environmental preservation based on character values on integrative thematic learning is very feasible and ready to be implemented in integrative thematic learning
