Abstract
The acceptance of new learners (PPDB) or more known as the school zoning system is a basic foundation of overall school reform arrangement from kindergarten (kindergarten), elementary school (elementary), junior high school (junior high) to high school ( SMA). There are pros and cons to this new policy, for example smart students can not register favorite school, no more favorite terms because it is expected with this PPDB system all levels of education both elementary, junior and senior high school became a favorite. On the social network on twitter a lot of which discuss the schools zoning system. This new system attracted researchers to conduct sentiment analyzes of school zoning systems, text documents used in research derived from Twitter about public opinion about PPDB or school zoning. The data used in this study as many as 1000. In this study, we propose the analysis sentiment on twitter related zonation system policy. The system will gather tweets, analyze tweet sentiments using SVM, and group them into sentiments anger, anticipation, disgust, fear, joy, negative, positive, sadness, surprise, trust.
